Joe is an artisan in the trade of carpentry. Since 1979 Joe has developed his craft working with and learning from many of the highly skilled trades people throughout northern California, and is well respected in the business and trades community. His background ranges from cabinet and millwork, to timber frame construction, as well as alternative building methods such as “S.I.P.” panel construction, cob and earth plaster, and straw bale construction. Joe has been a licensed contractor since 1989 and has a long list of happy clients and successful projects.

Peter is also the principal of Constructive Resolution Associates, a consulting firm providing assistance to clients involved in construction disputes and serves as an expert witness, mediator, arbitrator and as a consultant to the California CSLB. He has managed the construction of over $100,000,000 of high-end residential construction and has been qualified in court as an expert witness in the areas of estimating and standards of care.
