Building houses has been Joe’s life work. Growing up in Marin County, he was fortunate to learn from carpenters and other craftspeople steeped in their trades. Attention to the finest detail brings Joe deep satisfaction, but he finds the truest satisfaction in heartfelt collaboration.
Joe is proud to work with some of the Bay Area’s finest artisans and tradespeople. He believes the experience of shared work shapes space. The alliance is essential.
Joe feels honored to have had the opportunity to hone his art on unique projects across Northern California in the course of his career. At this time he is focused on a small number of client relationships.

Peter Daly
Peter Daly combines a forty-year construction background with over thirty years of experience in alternative dispute resolution. As a builder, he has constructed over $150 million of residential and light commercial projects.
Peter has extensive knowledge of wood frame construction, cast-in-place concrete structures and of the application of high-end materials and finishes. He maintains expertise in all aspects of the management and construction of single-family residential construction projects with particular expertise in the areas of planning & approvals, bidding & estimating, scheduling, contract compliance, change orders, subcontract management, workplace safety and standards of care.
Peter also owns Constructive Resolution Associates, providing construction defect investigative and reporting services to attorneys, insurance companies, project owners, industry professionals and as an industry expert for the California CSLB. Services include site investigations, destructive testing, documentation and reporting, forensic estimating, case development consultation and expert witness testimony. Peter Daly has been retained as an expert in approximately 400 cases, has testified in arbitration and in trial and has been qualified as an expert in superior court in the areas of contracting, standards of care, cost estimating, building code interpretation and architectural practice.
