Mill Valley

The owners of this isolated property in Mill Valley wanted to expand their deck toward spectacular mountain views and to provide an accessible route in and out of their home.

We added an expansive new deck with fire pit and hot tub 4 feet below the original deck, and connected the two via stairs and a ramp. From the new deck to the street approximately 20 feet above we constructed a hillside elevator, taking great care to protect trees important to the site and to the owners.
